From the first phone call, Kaley went out of her way to accommodate us and help us through the home buying process. She is not only knowledgeable, but also made sure that we were protected every step of the way. She understands the Ins and Outs of Real Estate and was ALWAYS a call or text away if we had questions. We first met Kaley while we were in Florida visiting our son and daughter in law for our wedding anniversary and called about a house on their block.
Kaley told us the house was under contract but she had one that was listed if we wanted to look at it.
We met her at the house and did a walk through and told her we would think about it. As we were on vacation and not house hunting we talked it over and decided we would make an offer, and take our chances.
To make a long story short we put in an offer the flew back to Washington state, our offer was accepted and all the paperwork and questions had to be done via long distance, this was where Kaley excelled. Because the house was empty Kaley was able to get our family permission to start cleaning on the house while we were selling our place in Washington and making the move cross country.
Kaley was a huge help and very much hands on while we were going through the buying process, if she did not know the answer she would find out and would get back to us.
Kaley had been a huge help during the entire process and we still contact her for information on the area and if we need a local expert to have work done. We were totally pleased with our experience and with Kaleys vast knowledge of the area and her huge list of contacts.
